The “Evolution” of Wheat Flour

In the early part of the last century evolutionist science was reaching it’s highest point. During this time, several experiments were conducted in food plant modification, or genetic alteration. Most, if not all of these alterations, were made to achieve disease resistance, thus increasing productivity and resulting in greater profits.

A commonly used product of this type is the Russet Burbank potato which is widely available in supermarkets where I live. This genetically alteration was the work of Luther Burbank. Mr. Burbank did an enormous amount of work in the field of plant genetics.

Upon searching the web, I learned that Mr. Burbank never completed an education on the college level and that he was a self described “infidel”. He was an evolutionist.

Another widely used genetically altered product that came out of the same era was Red Wheat, widely grown in the United States and Canada. This alteration was made to achieve disease resistance, and since it is a “winter wheat” planted in the fall, it can thrive in northern climates.

When it was first introduced, it was considered unfit for human consumption. It was to be used for animal food only. White Wheat was considered safer and it was also more desirable because of the white colored flour it produced.

By the end of the last century, flour made of red wheat had become considered safe for the majority of people. To overcome the undesirable color, flour producers began bleaching the flour. If you will search the web you will find the most commonly used bleach agent is chlorine dioxide, which if placed on the skin will produce a rash almost instantly.

Evolutionist science has a popular axiomatic statement, “do the most good for the most people”. That may sound good on the surface, but hidden within that statement is a tongue – in – cheek “to h--l with the minority. Evolutionists tend to believe in “Survival of the Fittest”, and ascribe to themselves the right to decide who is “fittest”.

If the damage done to minorities by Godless evolutionist were put into writing, it would fill a huge volume.

The wise reader would do well to prayerfully decide where he fits into this story. And, with that much said, this writer rests his case.
